I am a certified birth and postpartum doula serving the Central Coast. I’m passionate about assisting women in birthing the way they choose, whether it be hospital, birth center, or home birth. I love sharing the joy of an empowered birth, tailored to suit the needs and desires of each individual birther. I believe every birther has a right to feel confident and powerful during birth. I believe birthers should be encouraged to follow their maternal instincts, be provided the opportunity for informed consent, have their choices respected, their body honored, and their partner included as desired.
