Hana successfully charted her cycle with the Fertility Awareness Method (FAM) for birth control for seven years. Then, when she was ready to get pregnant, she used FAM to help her conceive and has since used FAM again to space her children.
She became a certified FAM educator because all women deserve to know how their bodies and fertility actually work, and to know that FAM is a wonderful and viable option for birth control and conceiving.
