Baywood Birth and Bodywork

A massage therapist since 2001 my work has been transformed by 15 years of holding space for birthing families as a doula, birth nurse and perinatal educator. Lessons from more than 1000 birth journeys combined with training in spinning babies, perinatal yoga and trauma informed care has shaped my dedication to supporting birthers in preparing their bodies and hearts for the sacred transition of birth and parenthood through education, movement, balance, bodywork and connection.
