A massage therapist since 2001 my work has been transformed by 15 years of holding space for birthing families as a doula, birth nurse and perinatal educator. Lessons from more than 1000 birth journeys combined with training in spinning babies, perinatal yoga and trauma informed care has shaped my dedication to supporting birthers in preparing their bodies and hearts for the sacred transition of birth and parenthood through education, movement, balance, bodywork and connection.

My mission is to offer childbirth & postpartum education/support, specifically to nurture the synergistic connection between our innate wisdom & the wisdom of Mother Nature.
In addition to child birth & postpartum preparation, I offer an enhanced level of service as an Herbalist & Essential Oil Childbirth Guide, specially trained in the use of herbs/essential oils and aromatherapy for the birth journey, maternal and family wellness.
I offer private and community childbirth classes, and personalized support packages for the postpartum period.
I’m also deeply passionate about honoring & celebrating the birth journey as a sacred rite of passage and offer private & community Blessingways. I also offer Seasonal Mama Retreats where all ages & stages of Motherhood are welcome, as we come together to bridge generational gaps in our Community & Maternal Lineages.
