Mother of 2, wife of one, massage therapist for 18 years, Doula trained, Prenatal massage therapist, and CranioSacral Therapist trained with Upledger. CranioSacral Therapy is now my current passion and I am technique certified, trained to work on babies and mothers-to-be to help with the great and beautiful transitions in life. Helping Others to let go of pain, ease into parenthood, facilitate improved communication with their bodies and nuclear families, and facilitate positive changes is somethings that I love doing.
