Prenatal Yoga

In these prenatal classes you’ll learn how yoga can powerfully support you through both your labor and birth. By utilizing pranayama (breathing techniques) and specific physical postures that meet your body’s current unique needs, a woman can begin to create a strong and flexible body (and mindset).
