Join CCCN this summer for a free professionals event including a zoom presentation, 5-week Book Club and final in-person discussion by presenter and facilitator Allison Lorne MSN, CNM, RN, CMT. 

Allison presents on the etiology of trauma, common modalities in trauma therapy and the power of storytelling in creating and maintaining our identities in our everyday lives. Learn more about our upcoming book club after the presentation.  

Bio: Allison Lorne MSN, CNM RN CMT is a Holistic Health Provider working in trauma integration. She is a Certified Nurse Midwife, Registered Nurse, Certified Massage Therapist and trained Herbalist. After 20 years in birth work, she now focuses on holistic healing incorporating somatic awareness, energy play, and reinventing one’s narrative through transformational storytelling. Her practice is informed by both established and alternative trauma healing modalities directly experienced in her own trauma recovery. Initially inspired by healing traumatic birth stories, her scope has expanded to include vicarious and secondary trauma experienced by partners and providers.
